Fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter sitzt ein Kind in deiner Klasse, das mit dem Tod zu tun bekommt: eines Elternteils, einer Mitsch\u00fclerin, eines Gro\u00dfvaters. Und dann schauen alle auf dich. Nicht jede Lehrkraft, Schulsozialarbeiterin oder Schulleitung wei\u00df in diesem Moment, was zu tun ist. Das ist kein Mangel, sondern etwas, das man nirgends gelernt hat.<\/p>\n

Ich trainiere Schulen darin, Verlust nicht von Kindern fernzuhalten, sondern ihn besprechbar und tragbar zu machen. Keine Theorie, sondern konkret: Was sagst du, was tust du, und was besser nicht, abgestimmt auf das Alter der Kinder und auf deine Rolle. Der Ausgangspunkt ist immer derselbe: Kinder werden einbezogen und ernst genommen, entsprechend ihrer Entwicklung, statt sch\u00fctzend ausgeschlossen zu werden.<\/p>\n
